In lighter times, our Massage Oil is the very best excuse to ask for a shoulder squeeze (very stressful business making babies) or a calf rub (oh, the ache of carrying a tummy that size!).

Mama Mio Massage Oil is full of moisturising and healing EFA rich oils, with our relaxing Gravida fragrance: Safflower Seed Oil - very rich in EFAs (Omega 6), it is super-moisturising and it actively helps strengthen cell membranes. Jojoba Seed Oil - the closest oil to your skin’s own sebum, it is very soothing, helpful in healing and protecting against aging. Sweet Almond Oil - highly moisturising, rich in EFAs and is quickly absorbed into the skin leaving a light sheen. Tocopherol - also known as Vitamin E, it is a natural component of cell membranes. It is an effective antioxidant and skin conditioning agent.
