Ordering


How to Order


- If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in any of the search boxes around the website.

- Alternatively, type a general name (for example, "dry skin") in a search box, or click tabs and links around the website until you discover something interesting. - To get more information about a product, click its name to see its product information page.

- Click the buy buttton to add to to your shopping basket. The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or change the quantity.

- When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "View Basket" in the top right-hand corner of the page. - To start filling in the order form, click the "checkout" button. - If you are a new customer, click the "Sign up" button. The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else.

- Enter your address details and payment information.

- Check the information and when you're ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. We'll then send you a confirmation e-mail message.

- You can then check the progress of your order any time by entering your sign-up email address and password.


Payment Options


Card
Once you've decided what you want to buy, you can choose from the following payment options--and rest assured that your details are safe with us.

We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, cheques or postal orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling) as payment.

We are confident about the transaction security we offer and all payments are processed through World pay - Leaders in Internet Payment Solutions WorldPay is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Your payment card will be debited as soon as the order has been processed.


By Phone
You can place your order over the telephone if you prefer. Please call 0870 067 0218 with your order details.


Cheques
If you'd like to pay by cheque or postal order, send us a personal cheque or postal order in pounds sterling for the total amount of your order (including delivery charge).

Currently we're only able to accept postal orders denominated in pounds sterling or cheques denominated in pounds sterling and drawn from a UK bank.

Paying by cheque slows down your order as we don't send the items to you until your funds clear.

If you're in the UK, paying by personal cheque typically delays your order by about seven to 10 days.

Cancelling


If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund


Dispatch & Delivery


We send orders to addresses in the UK and the EU.

All UK orders are charged £3.95 postage and packaging and are sent in discreet, plain packages . For EU orders outside the UK, the p&p charge is £5.75 We aim to dispatch every order the next working day. Ocassionally an item ordered may be out of stock in which case delivery will take a few days longer. We post all orders under £75 by Royal Mail 1st class. In most cases your parcel will arrive within 1-3 working days. Orders over £75 and sent by Royal Mail Special next day delivery at no extra cost to you.


Refunds & Returns


We are proud of the quality of our products and highest possible level of service, we strive to make sure you are completely satisfied. The products that we sell are manufactured under even more stringent quality controls than are required by law. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

All of our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. So you can shop with complete peace of mind. If for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it unopened within the 30 days for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange. (p&p costs not included). This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace any products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty. Your request to cancel must be made in writing (e-mail) within 30 working days from the day after delivery. You are required throughout the period prior to return to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them. If you wish to return an item please contact us by e-mail so we can arrange the return. We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation after the item has been received by us.

You may be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage. You can always return items if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package to the address on your packing slip. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature. Then send the package to the address on your packing slip.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend that you always read the label on each product before using it and suggest that you perform a skin patch test with each new product.


How long does it take to see results?
It is difficult to say how long it will take to see results as this can differ from person to person. Most of our products should be used as an ongoing treatment and it can depend on the size of the area as to the length of time it takes to see a result. For most people, it is expected that positive results should show between 30-90 days use.


How long should I keep using the treatment?
Use each treatment until the desired result is achieved. At this time, use a few times per week for maintenance.


Do you manufacture the products yourself?
No, we are the official, authorised supplier. Our products are manufactured and tested by well-established, reputable companies, with vast dermatological and pharmaceutical experience and expertise.


I am worried about my skin condition and have concerns about using new products.
We recommend that if you have any worries and concerns about skin conditions, you should always seek advice from your doctor or qualified dermatologist

Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "Sign Up ". From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. Then you can log-in at any time with your email address and password.

Is it safe to order on your website?

Yes, it is very safe. Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction.
